Our Staff

The staff of Jenkins MDO is a group of highly dedicated women that are passionate for teaching children.
Tracy Boucher, Director

Welcome, friends! My name is Tracy Boucher and I am the director at Jenkins MDO. I first met the wonderful people of this church 17 years ago when I was invited to attend a Ladies Bible Study on Monday mornings. I knew immediately that this building was full of God loving souls, and I couldn't wait until my second daughter was old enough to attend the mother's day out program. I was a Jenkins parent for 6 years; a teacher for 2 years; and director now for 10 years.

I am originally from Tullahoma, TN, and have lived in Nolensville for 19 years with my family. I have three children, Brennan, Hannah and Weston who consider Jenkins their second home. I received my degree in Marketing from Lipscomb University, a long, long time ago. My children, and yours, are my passion. I have been blessed beyond measure by this church and this program. I am looking forward to a wonderful year of even more blessings!

Jenkins has held a very special place in my heart from the very beginning.  I first became acquainted with this program in 2009, when my first child started in the toddler class. With no family nearby and having the nerves of a “first-time” mom, I can honestly say that Jenkins truly became a place where we felt at home.  It was evident from the very beginning that these women loved the Lord, loved my son, and loved me.

I have had the privilege of seeing this program from the inside out.  First as a parent, and now as a part of the great staff here at Jenkins.  Our teachers are the best and genuinely love their students. I was a parent for 4 years; a teacher for 2 years; and assistant director now for 2 years.

I am originally from Cross Plains, TN and have lived in Nolensville for 11 years.  My husband and I have been married for 12 years and we have four children, Owen, Emery, McClaine, and Chapel. Each of our children has personally been blessed by this program and I could not imagine it any other way.  I have a Marketing degree from MTSU, but have spent the last decade of my life as a mom and as a part of the Jenkins family. It has truly been a joy to be a part of this wonderful and exciting program.

Some Words From Our Teachers

I cannot wait to spend time with your children, and I promise that they will be well loved when they are with me.  It is going to be a wonderful year, and I look forward to helping your little ones grow in their love for God, as well as their love of learning!

Angie Bivens, Preschool

I am in the nursery where I get to care and love on the sweetest babies, it truly fills my heart with joy. Jenkins has been such a special part of my life. The women here are beyond inspiring. The friendships I have developed are priceless. My partner in the nursery, Ms. Tina, has become one of my best friends ever. Together we work as a team to care and teach these babies about Jesus. What a privilege this is.

Dana Cunningham, Nursery

After substituting last year and witnessing the great love our teachers and administrators have for the children and each other, I knew I wanted to be a part of this great work.

Linda Magness, Toddlers

As our family grew, we researched school systems and decided to move to the “then” small town of Nolensville and quickly learned that Jenkins had openings for Mother’s Day Out.  My oldest daughter, Avery, started out with Mrs. Cindy and moved on to have Ms. Tracy, Mrs. Stacey and Mrs. Brenda.  From the moment we started here it just felt like HOME, and many of the teachers became great friends.  Fast forward a bit and two boys later, we continued to be blessed here.  I started teaching art from home (doodlesoffun.com) in the afternoons to children, but as soon as the last one entered kindergarten I found myself looking for a place to continue to get my baby fix during the day.  No better place than right here with people I feel have grown to be family.

Amy Patrick, Preschool

Hello. My name is Brenda Britton, or sometimes called Jenkins Mimi. I may be the oldest teacher at Jenkins, but I am so blessed to be here. I have taught at Jenkins for over 15 years, and it just gets better each year. I have lived in Nolensville for 30 years. I have 6 wonderful children and 10 more than wonderful grandchildren. I taught first grade for 10 years and pre-school for 15. I love teaching children, and God has blessed me abundantly with my children, grandchildren, and your children. I am excited to begin another wonderful year at Jenkins.

Brenda Britton, PreK

After working a full time job in the medical field, I quit to stay home with my children. When the time came to go back to work, I went in a different direction. In 2003, I started at Jenkins and I have never looked back.  I have loved every minute of it.

Cindy Hardy, Toddlers

After teaching full-time for 11 years, I became a stay at home mom and part-time teacher in 2011 when our fourth child was born. Now that our children are all in school, I am excited to be back in the classroom! It is a privilege to teach her children, and I'm looking forward to a fun-filled, Christ-filled school year!
